With verdict dated 12 May 1998, the Regional Court of Hamburg ruled that those including an external link to a web page can be hold responsible for the contents of the linked site. According to the court, the only way to prevent this, is to dissociate oneself from the content of the linked sites. I have linked other web sites to the web page of Atlantis Diving College. I, Norbert Ratzke, hereby declare that I have no influence on the design and content of the linked pages.
